About Neat

Who makes Neat

Neat is based in Oslo, Norway, with a team around the globe. It makes simple video devices for Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Zoom rooms, and for BYOD meetings run from a laptop.

The range covers all-in-one touch boards, video bars, the Neat Center companion camera, Neat Pad controllers and the personal Neat Frame. Kasturi is an authorised partner that surveys the room, specifies the model and installs it.

The short answer

Which Neat system do I need?

Choose by room size and platform. For a medium or large room that needs touch, camera and audio in one unit: Neat Board Pro. For a video bar on an existing display in a larger room: Neat Bar Pro, or Neat Bar Gen 2 for everyday rooms. Add Neat Center to see and hear people who face away from the front of the room, and run the meeting from a Neat Pad on the table.

In the room

How a Neat system works

Four parts for a complete meeting room.

01

Device

Neat Board Pro or Neat Bar Pro sits at the front of the room and handles video, audio and the platform.

02

Companion

Neat Center sits on the table or hangs from the ceiling, so remote participants see and hear people who face away from the front.

03

Control

A Neat Pad at the table starts the meeting, joins calls and controls the room. Neat Bar Pro comes with one.

04

Platform

The device runs Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms or Google Meet natively, or BYOD from a laptop.

Planning the budget

What drives the cost

Kasturi quotes every Neat system after the site survey. These four things set the size of the quote.

Room size

Neat Board Pro suits medium to large rooms, Neat Board 50 everyday meeting rooms and Neat Board 32 desks and small spaces. Neat Bar Pro suits larger rooms with an existing display.

Platform

A Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms system needs a room licence bought from Microsoft or Zoom. BYOD mode runs the meeting from a laptop instead.

Companions

Neat Center adds a face-on view and 360° microphone pickup for medium to large rooms. It works with a front-of-room Neat device.

Mounting and control

Neat Boards include a table stand. A wall mount, adaptive mount or adaptive stand, and a Neat Pad for control, add to the system.

The proposal separates equipment from installation. Where Neat is part of a video conferencing room, Kasturi's published room bands apply: a huddle room from RM 8,000, a meeting room from RM 15,000 and a boardroom from RM 30,000, covering hardware and system, with installation and cabling quoted after the survey.
