Crestron builds the meeting room around the platform you already use. Choose the room system first, then add cameras, audio and control to suit the space. Kasturi designs, installs and commissions the whole room.

Visual AI built into the camera frames the group or tracks a presenter. Two cameras can switch between group and presenter views with no extra hardware. Certified for Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms.
A hub links up to four pods over DECT wireless. Each pod has four microphones for 360-degree pickup, so rooms without ceiling cabling still get clear audio.
80 Series touch screens start the call, and Crestron control adds lights, shades, temperature and displays to the same screen.
Crestron's cloud service, available separately, provisions rooms, sends system alerts and manages devices from one place.

Understand the architecture
A processor, a touch screen and an AV endpoint do different jobs. Specify them together so the person in the room sees a clear set of controls.

Budget and engineering
Count displays, laptops, room computers and camera feeds. More routes need more endpoints, switching capacity and commissioning time.
DM NVX needs a designed multicast network. Check switch capacity, IGMP settings, uplinks, VLANs, PoE budgets and structured cabling with IT before ordering endpoints.
Seat count alone does not set microphone pickup or camera reach. Room dimensions, reverberation, presenter movement and partition states affect the design.
Allow for room logic, touch interfaces, platform licences, cloud management and handover. An Automate VX design may also need deployment services. These are confirmed in the proposal.
Receive a room-specific proposal separating equipment from installation. Existing hardware is reviewed before reuse. No Crestron price or delivery date is promised before the scope and supply are confirmed.
