Is the product suggestion a final design?
No. It is a starting point based on the room size and preferences you enter. Kasturi confirms the exact model, platform compatibility, licences, display and microphone coverage, network requirements and installation scope before proposing a final setup.
How much does a meeting room system cost?
Cost depends on the room, displays, microphones, mounting, cabling, platform licences and existing equipment. The meeting room AV pricing guide has Kasturi's planning ranges. Installation and cabling are quoted after the site survey.
Does Kasturi install and support the room?
Yes. Kasturi's own engineers and technicians survey, design, install and support every room, outstation projects included. No subcontractors. Support responds within 4 business hours.
Can the planner confirm Teams or Zoom certification?
No. Certification depends on the exact hardware, software edition, deployment mode, platform version and room licence. The planner records your preferred platform and Kasturi checks the configuration before quoting.
Is the visualiser drawn to scale?
No. It is an illustrative top down layout. It is not a construction drawing, an acoustic assessment or a camera and microphone performance simulation.
What happens after I request a room brief?
The planner sends the room details you entered to Kasturi's enquiry service, and a team member follows up using the contact details you provide. We reply within one business day. You can also print the brief straight away.
