Both turn a physical room into a one touch meeting space. Teams Rooms is built into the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Zoom Rooms runs on Zoom's platform, and the hardware can be the same. If your organisation already uses Microsoft 365 and Teams for daily communication, Teams Rooms is the natural choice. Kasturi installs and certifies both platforms using the same certified hardware brands.

No. Kasturi builds every room to pass a one button test, so any person in the office can start a meeting without calling IT. We design systems with non technical users in mind. Touch panels are labelled in plain language, camera presets are configured for your room layout and the system boots ready to join. We also provide staff training on handover.

A huddle room takes 1 day, a standard meeting room takes 1 to 2 days, and a full boardroom or training hall takes 3 to 5 days. We schedule installations to minimise disruption to your operations. Most wiring and mounting work is done after hours or over a weekend if required. We do not hand over a room until it has passed our full system test.

Authorised status means your products come with full local warranty, firmware updates are properly licensed and you have access to brand level technical escalation. We do not sell grey market units. Every product is genuine stock sourced directly from the official Malaysia distributor.

Microsoft Teams and Zoom are the most widely used in Malaysia. Teams suits companies already on Microsoft 365, and Zoom works well for businesses with frequent external client calls. Both platforms are fully supported by Kasturi. We recommend choosing based on what your team already uses daily rather than the platform itself.

Yes. Every Kasturi room is designed for hybrid work by default, so remote participants see and hear clearly whether there are 2 or 20 people in the physical room. Hybrid meeting rooms need three things: a wide angle or AI tracking camera, a microphone array covering all seating positions, and a speaker that fills the room without echo. Kasturi sizes and configures all three based on your specific room dimensions.

Yes. Kasturi serves clients across all Malaysian states including Johor Bahru, Penang, Perak, Melaka, Sabah and Sarawak. We send our own engineers for outstation installations, not subcontractors. Site surveys for locations outside Klang Valley are typically done via video call first, with one on site visit for final measurements and installation.
