Planning the budget
Huddly's global product pages direct buyers to contact sales rather than showing a room-system price. These four choices shape the room proposal.
A single C1 videobar may suit a small or medium room. Medium and large spaces can call for L1 or a multi-camera Crew setup. The seating and table layout determine the camera positions.
C1 and C1 Crew include integrated microphones and speakers. A standalone Huddly camera needs an audio solution chosen to suit the room and meeting platform.
Huddly lists compatibility or certification by product. The proposed device and room computer should be checked together against the required platform.
Display sharing and touch control are planned as part of the wider room system. Kasturi confirms the equipment and installation after the site survey.
The proposal separates equipment from installation. Where Huddly is part of a video conferencing room, Kasturi's published room bands apply: a huddle room from RM 8,000, a meeting room from RM 15,000 and a boardroom from RM 30,000, covering hardware and system, with installation and cabling quoted after the survey.
