Plan your meeting room in 3D
Set the room size, the seats and the screen, then choose a video bar from Neat, Yealink, HP Poly, Logitech, Jabra or Cisco. Every seat is checked for camera and microphone coverage as you go, and the plan downloads as a PDF.
Your room, checked seat by seat
Start with the closest room type. The floor plan, 3D and camera views update as you change anything, and the status card tells you what to fix.
What kind of room are you planning?
Pick the closest match to begin. Every seat is checked for camera and microphone coverage as you go.
What every plan checks
Choose a starting point
Size, seats, screen and video system all change in the next step.
From a blank room to a plan in three steps
-
01
Pick the room
Huddle room, small room, medium room, boardroom or training room. Each starts at a typical size and seat count, and you can change both.

02
Set the screen and the video system
One TV, two TVs or an LED wall, at the height you mount it. Each video bar shows straight away whether it covers every seat in your room.

03
Take the plan away
Download a three page PDF with the floor plan, the seat check, the 3D and camera views and the equipment list. Or copy a link that reopens the exact room.

What the checks are based on
The visualiser is a planning aid. It uses each manufacturer's published coverage, and Kasturi confirms the final design after a site survey.
| Check | What it uses |
|---|---|
| Camera | The camera's published horizontal field of view in one frame, and its reach. Where no reach is published, the microphone range is used |
| Microphones | The published pickup range of the video bar and any table add on. Where none is published, the depth of the room size the bar is certified for |
| Screen size | Text stays readable to about six times the picture height, a common planning rule |
| Walkways | At least 0.6 m behind every chair |
| Ceiling | The screen and the video bar stay below the ceiling height you set |
