Where is Kasturi Technology's office and showroom?

How quickly will Kasturi reply?

Do you install outside KL and Selangor?

Yes. Kasturi's own engineers handle outstation projects across Malaysia. Outside the Klang Valley the survey usually starts on a video call, followed by one site visit. For East Malaysia, contact Kasturi to arrange the project discussion.

Is the site assessment really free?

Yes, in Peninsular Malaysia. The consultation, product demo and site assessment cost nothing. You receive a room-specific proposal that separates equipment from installation.

How does support work after installation?

Equipment carries the manufacturer warranty, generally 1 to 2 years, subject to its terms. Kasturi's support team responds within 4 business hours, and the engineers who installed the room are the ones who support it.

How long does installation take?

A huddle room takes 1 day, a meeting room 1 to 2 days and a boardroom or training hall 3 to 5 days. Wiring can be done after hours or at weekends so the office keeps running.

Can I buy a single device without installation?

Yes. Kasturi also sells a single device without installation. Tell us the model in the form or on WhatsApp and we will reply within one business day.
