2-  Complete product replacement within 2 weeks of purchase for video conferencing
     products.
3-  Complete product replacement within 1 week of purchase for audio conferencing products.
4-  For faulty products during warranty period, a same or equivalent system will be set up on
     a loan basis until repairs have been fully completed.
5-  For products under maintenance a same or equivalent system will be set up on a loan
     basis until maintenance work has been fully carried out.
